The Documentation Does Not Provide A Clear Project Completed Footprint Explaining The Variance Created To The Prevailing On-Site Parking Provisions. There Currently Are 184 Numbered Parking Stalls On Site For The 180 (One Hundred, Eighty) 350 /360 Tenants - Minus 15 Dedicated To Visitor Parking. It Appears By The Illustration For The Proposed 90 Unit Additional Building ( With Underground Parking) That Circa 66 Parking Stalls Will Be Removed To Accommodate The New Building. Additional Information Is Required To Explain How The Proponent Starlight Will Continue To Comply With The Victoria Zoning Bylaw No.80-159, Schedule "C" - BOTH During The 10-Month Construction & Upon Completion.
